We Grow Forests, Not Just Trees

Starker Forests, Inc. owns, grows, and manages forests and strives for excellence in terms of forest resource stewardship. We are a fourth generation family business and strive to successfully meet the needs of our owners, employees and the community.

Starker Lands Open for Recreational Use/Hunting

Fire season is in effect as of 7/2/2014.
Our lands are open to the public for recreation use.
Entry permits are required and free of charge.

The ultimate goal when fire season requirements go into effect is to prevent fires that lead to the loss of natural resources and to keep fire suppression cost to a minimum.

We do not issue permits for mushroom harvest.

Come to our office for a free access permit if you do not have one.
7240 SW Philomath Blvd, Corvallis.

Starker Forests Recreation Update

Our forestlands are open to the public, with a free permit, for walk-in, horseback ride-in and bike-in use. Unless we receive significant* rain before October 4th, our gates will remain closed when the rifle deer season begins.
