OFRI provides information on Oregon's forest practices and encourages sound forest management. The Institute is funded by a tax on forest products producers. Oregon Small Woodlands Association-A grassroots association of over 2,000 people. Dedicated to the protection, management, use, and enhancement of Oregon's forest resources Oregon State University College of Forestry-A world-class, teaching and learning center offering graduate and undergraduate degree programs in sustaining ecosystems, managing forests, and manufacturing wood products. Oregon Society of American Foresters-The organization representing all segments of the forestry profession in the state of Oregon. It includes public and private practitioners, researchers, administrators, educators, and forestry students. Rosboro Lumber and Plywood Products-Rosboro's first sawmill began operation in 1940 in Springfield, Oregon. Today, Rosboro operates a stud mill, a veneer plant, a plywood plant, and a glulam beam plant. Rosboro's mills have been retooled to efficiently manufacture high quality products at a competitive price.
