We require a permit for hunting and recreation.
Permits are free and can be obtained by stopping by our office, located at 7240 SW Philomath Blvd., Corvallis, during our office hours of 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please arrive by 4:15 p.m. as our office closes at 4:30.
To obtain an Entry and Land Use Permit, we will collect the following information (We will not sell or give away your information):
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- **Vehicle License Plate info**
- Email Address
- Reason for permit (hiking, hunting, etc.)
- Which tree farms you plan to visit (you may select up to six)
- Permits need to be updated annually in our office during office hours, call us at 541-929-2477.
